2025 Safe Place Poster Contest

YSB is excited to have our first annual Safe Place Week design contest. The contest is
open to any youth ages 12-17 living in St Joseph County. One finalist will be selected
and the artwork will be on display at Youth Service Bureau, shared on the YSB website
and social media channels and made into stickers.
Create an original design that represents your “safe place” or what you would like your
“safe place” to look like.
Project Rules:

Submissions should be 8.5” x 11” – horizontal artwork only. All entries must be accompanied by a signed entry form.

Contestants can submit hand drawn or computer generated artwork.

Design must use the phrase “My Safe Place”, the National Safe Place logo, and the Text4Help text line information: “text ‘Safe’ with your city and state to 44357”.

Participants: Any youth ages 12-17, living in St Joseph County.

Judges: Artwork will be judged by your peers via social media channels and in person at the YSB Drop-In Center.
Submission deadline:
The design must be received by March 31, 2025.
There are three ways you can submit your design:
1. Complete the form and submit your file using the form below on this webpage.
2. Email digital designs to deanie.kopec@ysbsjc.org.
3. Drop off your design at the YSB Drop-In Center; Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Fridays from 3pm-7pm or Saturdays between 12pm-6pm.
